EDMO is seeking a strategic and execution\-focused Director/VP of Marketing to build and scale our global marketing function.
This role will own demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, events, digital campaigns, analyst relations, customer advocacy, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to accelerate EDMO's growth in the higher education market.**Key Responsibilities**
### **Demand Generation**
- Own marketing\-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Develop campaigns targeting university decision\-makers including CIOs, Enrollment Leaders, Admissions Directors, Registrars, and Student Success leaders.
- Execute multi\-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, and content marketing.
- Improve lead generation, lead quality, and conversion performance.
### **Product Marketing**
- Develop messaging and positioning for EDMO's AI\-powered solutions.
- Create sales enablement assets including presentations, one\-pagers, case studies, ROI calculators, and competitive battle cards.
- Support product launches and go\-to\-market initiatives.
### **Content \& Thought Leadership**
- Build EDMO's voice within higher education and AI.
- Oversee blogs, whitepapers, reports, webinars, podcasts, videos, and customer success stories.
- Support executive thought leadership initiatives.
- Manage EDMO's presence across industry publications and social channels.
### **Events \& Industry Engagement**
- Lead EDMO's participation in conferences including AACRAO, EDUCAUSE, ASU\-GSV, Slate Summit, Salesforce Education Summit, and other industry events.
- Coordinate sponsorships, speaking opportunities, customer events, and executive networking programs.
### **Marketing Operations \& Analytics**
- Manage marketing technology stack and campaign reporting.
- Build dashboards to track pipeline, engagement, attribution, and ROI.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency.
### **Team Leadership**
- Build and manage a high\-performing marketing team.
- Coordinate external agencies, contractors, and partners.
- Establish scalable processes and performance metrics.
- *Required Qualifications**

- 8\+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- 3\+ years leading marketing teams or functions.
- Proven track record of generating pipelines and supporting revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in demand generation and digital marketing.
- Experience creating executive\-level content and thought leadership programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data\-driven mindset.
