Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dispatch Executive with at least 5 years of experience in the mattress manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of finished goods dispatch, order processing, transportation management, warehouse coordination and dispatch documentation.

The candidate must be familiar with mattress products, packing procedures, loading arrangements and timely delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day dispatch operations of finished mattresses and related products.
• Prepare daily dispatch plans as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the production, sales, warehouse and accounts departments.
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading and safe transportation of mattresses.
• Verify product quantity, sizes, specifications and packing before dispatch.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e\-way bills and other dispatch documents.
• Maintain daily dispatch records, stock registers and MIS reports.
• Monitor vehicle movement and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints related to delayed or incorrect deliveries.
• Ensure proper coordination for replacement orders, returns and damaged goods.
• Maintain dispatch accuracy and ensure minimum transit damage.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory reconciliation.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 2\-5years of experience in dispatch operations in the mattress manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of mattress products, sizes, packaging and dispatch processes.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and ERP/SAP software.
• Experience in preparing invoices, e\-way bills and delivery challans.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage transporters, drivers and warehouse teams.
• Strong planning, problem\-solving and time\-management skills.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
