Job opportunity for Dispatch \& Packaging Manager

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in Dispatch, Packaging, or Logistics within the Automotive/Auto Components Manufacturing industry

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

CTC: ₹6\.0 – ₹6\.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Management

Prepare and execute daily dispatch plans to ensure on\-time deliveries.

Verify customer orders, invoices, delivery challans, e\-way bills, and dispatch documentation.

Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure dispatch readiness.

Arrange transportation, monitor vehicle loading, optimize routes, and track deliveries.

Resolve dispatch delays, shortages, and transportation\-related issues promptly.

Packaging Operations

Supervise packaging activities to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Ensure packaging schedules are achieved without compromising quality.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce packaging waste.

Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure uninterrupted availability of packaging materials.

Washing \& Anti\-Rust Operations

Manage washing and anti\-rust oil dipping processes for automotive components.

Monitor pH levels, chemical concentrations, and other quality parameters.

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for washing and preservation processes.

Inventory \& Documentation

Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory records using ERP systems and MS Excel.

Track stock movement and minimize inventory discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain all dispatch\-related documentation.

Team Management

Lead, train, and supervise dispatch staff, packaging operators, loaders, and drivers.

Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to operational targets.

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Safety \& Compliance

Ensure safe loading, unloading, and transportation practices.

Maintain advanced 6S standards and housekeeping in dispatch, packaging, and washing areas.

Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, environmental regulations, and company safety policies.
