Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result\-oriented Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) to drive sales growth, strengthen retailer relationships, and expand market coverage within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, onboarding new retailers, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong distributor\-retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Market Development
Visit retailers and outlets regularly within the assigned territory.
Generate primary and secondary sales through distributor channels.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Identify and onboard new retailers to increase market penetration.
Ensure product availability and visibility across outlets.
Retailer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Address retailer concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.
Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Maintain accurate records of retailer visits, orders, and sales activities.
Brand Visibility \& Promotion
Execute promotional activities and branding initiatives in the market.
Ensure proper display and merchandising of products at retail outlets.
Educate retailers about product features, offers, and schemes.
Reporting \& Coordination
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
Coordinate closely with Territory Sales Officers and Distribution Managers.
Track stock availability and communicate market requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with strong sales experience may also be considered).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durables, or Distribution Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and retail network.
Must own a two\-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Comfortable with field sales and daily market visits.
Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and reporting tools.
