We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Direct Sales Representative (DSR)** to promote and sell **Shell Lubricants** products in Srikakulam and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dealer, mechanic, and fleet customer network
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial segments
• Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and product promotions
• Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding follow\-ups
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records
• Coordinate with distributor and company team for stock planning

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (Lubricants preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Two\-wheeler mandatory
• Knowledge of local market in Srikakulam district
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp reporting)
