Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented District Operations Manager (DOM) to oversee the operations of multiple Rangoli Ice Cream outlets.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations, improving sales performance, maintaining service and hygiene standards, developing store managers, and ensuring that all outlets follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This is a field\-based position. The candidate must be flexible and willing to travel to different outlet locations as and when required, including outstation locations.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Outlet Operations Management**

• Monitor and manage the day\-to\-day operations of assigned outlets.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs, operational guidelines and standards.
• Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions.

• *2\. Sales and Business Performance**

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance of assigned outlets.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and improving outlet profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer footfall.
• Analyse outlet performance and take necessary improvement measures.

• *3\. Team Management and Development**

• Guide, support and monitor Store Managers and their teams.
• Ensure proper staff deployment and manpower utilisation.
• Coordinate with the HR team for recruitment, training and staff\-related matters.
• Develop Store Managers through regular guidance, feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain team discipline and ensure employee productivity.

• *4\. Customer Experience**

• Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper product quality, presentation and service standards.
• Ensure timely service without compromising quality.

• *5\. Hygiene and Quality Control**

• Ensure personal hygiene, store hygiene and food safety standards.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure compliance.
• Monitor product handling, storage, stock rotation and expiry management.
• Take immediate corrective action in case of any quality or hygiene issues.

• *6\. Reporting and Coordination**

• Submit regular outlet visit reports and operational performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments.
• Monitor stock availability, wastage, inventory and operational expenses.
• Follow up on pending operational issues until resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in retail, QSR, food and beverage or multi\-outlet operations.
• Previous experience in handling multiple outlets will be preferred.
• Good leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of sales, customer service and outlet operations.
• Ability to analyse business performance and take corrective actions.
• Good problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Important Requirement – Willingness to Travel

• Must be comfortable travelling frequently to different company outlets.
• Must be ready to travel to Surat and near by cities and other locations across Gujarat as and when required.
• Should be flexible with travel schedules depending on business requirements.
• May be required to visit multiple outlets in a day and undertake outstation visits when necessary.
