Job Description

AVM Labs is looking for motivated and target\-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) with a DMLT or relevant medical laboratory background to join our team in Bangalore. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing business relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare providers to promote our diagnostic laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers to promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and potential clients.
• Generate business leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Explain the company's diagnostic services and coordinate with clients to understand their requirements.
• Support business development activities and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
• Maintain client information, lead records, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide regular updates on client visits, lead generation, and business development activities.

Educational Qualifications

• DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology).
• Candidates with relevant medical laboratory or allied health qualifications may also apply.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome.

Required Skills and Eligibility

• **Blood Collection skill known is must.**
• **Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.**
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of diagnostic services and blood collection procedures is preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
• **Must have a personal laptop for work.**
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and willing to work independently.
