• *Job Description**

Responsibilities: Ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations, meets defined SLAs, and maintains noise\-free operations for critical results. Assess team performance against standards, take corrective actions to keep the team on target, and ensure goal achievement. Identify opportunities to create value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, driving transformation and value\-sharing initiatives. Provide strategic leadership with an emphasis on relationship management, facilitating coordination of deadlines and creating cohesive teams. Oversee payroll processing service delivery, ensuring operational accuracy in Build to Gross, Gross to Net, Pay processing, and compliance with legislation. Build and manage multi\-disciplinary functions (process \& technology) to effectively operationalize the entire Finance and Accounting operations lifecycle. Mentor, coach, and support the team, while identifying opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve operational efficiency.**Qualifications**
