Intellistaff Services Pvt Ltd, is looking for enthusiastic and result\-driven Domestic IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. If you have experience in end\-to\-end IT recruitment and a passion for talent acquisition, we'd love to connect with you.
- Handle end\-to\-end domestic IT recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
- 2–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands\-on experience with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
