ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience in end\-to\-end IT recruitment for the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in handling IT requirements, and the ability to identify and close suitable candidates within the given timelines.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements across various technologies and experience levels.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and location.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and submission reports.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Hands\-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong candidate follow\-up and coordination skills.
• Target\-oriented and committed to meeting recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Graduate.
• Experience working with IT staffing companies or recruitment consultancies.
• Experience in handling client requirements and working on time\-sensitive positions.
