Job Title: Company Driver (Marine / Underwater Diving Operations)

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, professional **Company Driver** to join our underwater diving and marine services team in Ajman. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting dive crews, commercial diving equipment, marine gear, and administrative staff between our base in Ajman, various UAE ports, boat launches, and offshore job sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics \& Transportation

• **Crew \& Diving Equipments Transport:** Transport commercial divers, marine engineers, and operational staff safely to job locations across Ajman and other Emirates.
• **Equipment Handling:** Load, secure, and unload specialized diving equipment (e.g., dive tanks, compressors, umbilicals, underwater tools) safely into vans or light trucks.
• **Ergonomic \& Safe Loading:** Ensure heavy diving equipments is properly strapped and balanced according to UAE load safety regulations.

Vehicle Maintenance \& Safety

• **Daily Inspections:** Perform daily pre\-trip checks (tyre pressure, oil level, brakes, lights, coolant) to maintain vehicle roadworthiness.
• **Upkeep \& Cleanliness:** Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and well\-maintained inside and out.
• **Routine Servicing:** Schedule and take company vehicles for regular servicing, oil changes, vehicle testing, and registration renewals.

Compliance \& Administrative Support

• **Logbook Management:** Maintain accurate daily trip logs, mileage records, fuel receipts, and delivery notes.
• **Document Handling:** Transport documents, equipment permits, and port clearance papers to authorities and client sites as needed.
• **Road Compliance:** Strictly follow UAE traffic laws, speed limits, and port safety guidelines.

Requirements \& Qualifications**CategoryRequirement DetailsLicensing**Valid UAE Driver’s License (Light Vehicle / Manual Transmission preferred; Heavy Bus/Truck license is a plus).**Experience**Minimum 3**–4years** driving experience in the UAE, ideally within marine, oil \& gas, construction, or logistics sectors.**Route Knowledge**Strong knowledge of roads and routes in Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, Northern Emirates, and major UAE ports (e.g., Ajman Port, Mina Khalid, Hamriyah).**Physical Capability**Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy diving gear (up to 25 kg) routinely.**Language Skills**Basic\-to\-intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken). Conversational Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.**Legal Status**Transferable UAE visa / NOC preferred. Clean UAE driving record with zero major black points.Preferred Skills \& Attributes

• Experience operating light commercial vehicles (e.g., HiAce, 3\-Ton pickups).
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics to troubleshoot minor issues.
• High punctuality, flexibility with shift schedules (early morning or late\-night diving dispatches), and strong safety awareness.
