Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day cinema operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and lead the team, ensuring effective coordination and service delivery.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure a seamless movie\-going experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Duty Officer/Duty Manager or in a supervisory or managerial role in the service industry.
• Strong team management, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Customer\-focused approach with the ability to handle operational challenges.
