The role involves supporting stakeholder communication, financial storytelling, and capital market interactions, ensuring high\-quality engagement with investors, analysts, and internal leadership.
+ Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
+ Support preparation and dissemination of investor communication materials such as:
+ Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and roadshows**Financial Analysis \& Reporting**
+ Analyze financial performance, industry trends, and peer benchmarking
+ Track key business metrics and support variance analysis
+ Assist in preparation of quarterly earnings decks and management commentary**Regulatory \& Compliance Support**
+ Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) guidelines and stock exchange requirements
+ Support timely disclosures, press releases, and investor updates
+ Maintain accurate records of investor communications**Internal Coordination**
+ Liaise with Finance, Strategy, and Business teams to gather relevant information
+ Support senior IR leadership in strategic messaging and positioning
+ Assist in preparing briefing documents for leadership before investor interactions**Market Intelligence**
+ Track analyst reports, investor feedback, and market sentiment
+ Conduct competitor analysis and maintain peer benchmarking data
+ Monitor stock performance and industry developments**Key Requirements**
+ CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA (preferred)
+ Strong academic background from reputed institutions**Experience**
+ Exposure to listed company environment or capital markets preferred**Key Skills \& Competencies**
+ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to convert complex financial data into clear investor narratives
+ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
+ High attention to detail and stakeholder management capability
+ Understanding of financial markets, valuation, and reporting frameworks**Preferred Candidate Profile**
+ Prior experience in investor\-facing roles or equity research
+ Familiarity with textile/apparel or manufacturing sector (added advantage)
