E-Commerce Account Manager

• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **E\-commerce Account \& Ads Manager** who can independently manage marketplace accounts and optimize advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, product listings, catalog management, and account growth strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace seller accounts.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Create and optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, keywords, and descriptions.
• Coordinate with the creative team for A\+ Content, Brand Store, banners, and creatives.
• Handle inventory monitoring and stock planning.
• Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account health concerns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and algorithm changes.

• *Required Skills**

• 1–3 years of experience in E\-commerce Account Management.
• Hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Experience in keyword research and bid optimization.
• Understanding of catalog management, listing optimization, and inventory management.
• Good analytical skills with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with D2C brands.
• Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry and A\+ Content.
• Familiarity with Helium 10, DataHawk, or similar marketplace tools.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
