Job Description: LegacyEcom Retail Private Limited is looking for a results\-driven E\-commerce Account Manager to oversee our online presence and drive growth across major Indian marketplaces. We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms and a proactive approach to sales optimization.
Key Responsibilities: End\-to\-End Account Management: Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Blinkit (Quick Commerce). Listing \& Cataloging: Create and optimize high\-quality product listings, including SEO\-friendly titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve organic search rankings. Inventory \& Logistics: Monitor stock levels across various warehouses, coordinate with the production/dispatch team, and manage FBA (Amazon) and Smart Fulfillment (Flipkart) shipments. PPC \& Advertising: Plan and execute marketing campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands). Optimize bids and keywords to maintain a healthy ROAS and ACOS. Data Analysis: Regularly analyze sales reports, return trends, and account health metrics. Use data to suggest pricing strategies and product improvements. Quick Commerce Operations: Manage real\-time inventory and store\-level availability for Blinkit, ensuring high fill rates and visibility. Issue Resolution: Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve listing errors, payment discrepancies, or account health warnings. Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. Platform Expertise: Familiarity with the Blinkit seller interface is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory for data tracking. Communication: Strong written English skills for listing creation and professional correspondence. Mindset: Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and take ownership of sales targets. Commute: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Patna, Bihar for a full\-time office role. Benefits: Opportunity to work directly with the leadership team of a growing retail entity.
