Job Description
- Handle day\-to\-day operations of the Amazon seller account
- Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
- Maintain high account health metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, cancellation rate)
- Create and optimize product listings (title, bullet points, descriptions, keywords)
- Process and track orders daily
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch

Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries
Plan and create FBA shipmentsCoordinate packaging, labeling, and dispatch to Amazon warehousesMonitor stock levels and replenish inventory regularlyCreate and manage Sponsored Ads campaignsOptimize campaignsAnalyze ad performance and adjust strategiesMonitor account health dashboard regularlyResolve policy violations, claims, and customer complaintsEnsure compliance with Amazon guidelinesGenerate daily/weekly/monthly sales reportsAnalyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsManage catalog updates, pricing, and inventoryPerform keyword research and SEO optimization for better visibility- *NOTE: CANDIDATES FROM NEARBY JOB LOCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.**
