E-Commerce Executive

• *Job Title: E commerce Executive**

• *Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai**

• *Experience: 1 to 2 years**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day operations of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO\-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent support.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all product information and website content are accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with design, marketing and operations teams to improve conversions and user experience.

• *Required Skills:**

• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online marketplace management preferred.
