Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E\-commerce Executive with strong hands\-on knowledge of major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Shopify. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily e\-commerce operations, product listings, inventory, order processing, sales performance, and website management for our women's clothing brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and other e\-commerce marketplaces.
• Manage and update the Shopify website, including product uploads, collections, pricing, inventory, and product descriptions.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with SEO\-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
• Handle inventory management, stock updates, order processing, dispatch coordination, and returns.
• Monitor marketplace performance, product visibility, sales, and account health.
• Resolve listing errors, quality check (QC) issues, suppressed listings, and account\-related problems.
• Manage product catalogues, pricing, discounts, and promotional offers across all platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Track returns, cancellations, and customer complaints to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve product rankings, conversion rates, and overall online sales.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in e\-commerce operations.
• Hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Practical experience managing a Shopify\-based website.
• Strong knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, inventory, and order processing.
• Understanding of e\-commerce SEO, keywords, and product ranking.
• Experience handling QC issues, listing errors, returns, and marketplace account health.
• Good knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who can independently manage marketplace operations and our Shopify website, maintain accurate product listings and inventory, resolve portal\-related issues, and contribute to the growth of our online sales.
