• *Profile – E\-commerce Customer Experience \& Operations Specialist**

• *Requirements:**

• Experience in e\-commerce/marketplace operations or customer experience.
• Hands\-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart or similar marketplaces.
• Good knowledge of customer ratings, reviews, returns and marketplace metrics.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem\-solving skills.
• Understanding of pricing, promotions, margins and inventory.
• Detail\-oriented and proactive approach.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage customer reviews, ratings, complaints and returns.
• Handle and resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage and improve product listings, pricing, content and product information.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability and replenishment.
• Track sales, conversion, returns, cancellations, ratings and delivery performance.
• Identify underperforming products/SKUs and suggest improvement actions.
• Prepare regular performance and management reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Quality and Supply Chain teams to improve customer experience and business performance.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹33,000\.00 per month
