Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager or Managing Director within the Sales & Marketing department and based in Coimbatore, this role entails overseeing product listings on the company website and online marketplaces, ensuring all product information, pricing, and specifications are accurate. Additional duties include managing website operations, executing online promotions, engaging with customers, and coordinating order fulfillment, all aimed at boosting online revenue and expanding our digital footprint.
