As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for an **E\-commerce Executive** who will take ownership of our digital sales channels and help drive online growth across marketplaces and our D2C website.
Role Overview
The E\-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and growing Roth Pets' online sales channels including **Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other ecommerce platforms**.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Ecommerce Operations
- Manage day\-to\-day operations across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory updates
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor stock availability and prevent stockouts
- Track returns, cancellations, and customer issues
- Ensure operational excellence across all sales channels
B. Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplace accounts
- Improve product rankings, visibility, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams
- Monitor marketplace health metrics and performance indicators
- Plan and execute platform\-specific promotions, offers, and sale events
- Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends
C. Shopify \& Website Management
- Manage and maintain the Shopify website
- Upload and update products, collections, banners, and content
- Improve product presentation and user experience
- Monitor website performance and customer behavior
- Work with design and marketing teams on website improvements
- Support website conversion optimization initiatives
D. Sales \& Performance Management
- Own ecommerce revenue performance across all online channels
- Track and report:
- Sales
- Traffic
- Conversion rates
- ROAS
- Customer acquisition metrics
- Product performance
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements
- Monitor product profitability and marketplace performance
- Build and maintain regular ecommerce dashboards and reports
E. Advertising \& Growth Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing teams on Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and performance campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities
- Work towards improving:
- ROAS
- Conversion rates
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Repeat purchase rates
- Support launch strategies for new products and promotions
F. Customer Experience \& Retention
- Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback
- Ensure a smooth customer journey across all platforms
- Coordinate resolution of customer issues when required
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and repeat purchases
Skills \& QualificationsRequired
- 2–5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, or D2C Operations
- Hands\-on experience with:
- Shopify
- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Meesho
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
- Experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising
- Experience with inventory and order management systems
- Familiarity with Uniware / Unicommerce platforms
- Experience with D2C, FMCG, pet care, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
