Job Description

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **E\-Commerce Manager** to manage and grow our online sales business. The candidate will be responsible for handling e\-commerce platforms, product listings, digital marketing activities, and driving sales growth for our solar and electrical product portfolio.

Product Portfolio

• Solar Panels
• Solar Inverters
• Batteries
• Cables \& Wires
• Electrical \& Renewable Energy Products

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and the company website.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings.
• Monitor pricing, inventory, and order management.
• Plan and execute online sales and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Improve product visibility through SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Generate sales reports and recommend business growth strategies.

Required Skills

• Experience in E\-commerce Platform Management.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and IndiaMART.
• Understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, and Online Advertising.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and E\-commerce Tools.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E\-Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA Preferred.

Experience

• 3–5 Years of experience in E\-Commerce Management.
• Experience in Solar, Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Products will be preferred.
