Job description

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and grow sales across **Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Shopify**, ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations, product launches, listing optimization and overall marketplace performance.
• Plan, execute and optimize **Amazon PPC campaigns** while continuously improving ACOS, ROAS, conversions and profitability through data\-driven decision making.
• **Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC \- Ad Campaigns (Very Important \- Roas 15\-20% or Acos less than 15%)**
• Improve product visibility by optimizing listings, keywords, A\+ Content, product images, pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase organic rankings and sales.
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly business performance, identify growth opportunities, increase customer feedback \& satisfaction score, monitor competitors and recommend strategies that improve revenue, profitability and customer experience.

• *Requirements**

Candidates should have a minimum of **3 years of hands\-on experience** managing Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations, with strong expertise in Amazon PPC, Flipkart, Shopify and performance marketing.
