As the eCommerce Manager at Captain Gogo, you will be responsible for the strategic development and management of our online sales channels. You will work to enhance the customer experience, drive online traffic and sales, and contribute to the overall growth of our eCommerce business.

\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*

\- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to increase online traffic, sales, and customer engagement.

\- Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the website, ensuring optimal site performance and user experience.

\- Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on data insights.

\- Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.

\- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

\- Identify new market opportunities and stay up to date with eCommerce trends and technologies.

\- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

\- Coordinate inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with demand.

\- Lead a team of eCommerce specialists and provide training and development opportunities.

\- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

\- Proven experience in eCommerce management or digital marketing.

\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data\-driven decisions.

\- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

\- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
