Job Overview

We are looking for a results\-driven and experienced **E\-commerce Manager** to manage and grow our online business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e\-commerce operations, online sales growth, marketplace management, digital marketing, inventory management, and customer experience.

The candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, improving product listings, optimizing conversion rates, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow e\-commerce sales across our website and online marketplaces.
• Manage platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other relevant marketplaces.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, profit margins, returns, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage inventory, order processing, shipping, returns, and customer service coordination.
• Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, competitor pricing, and market trends.
• Plan and execute seasonal sales, discounts, promotional offers, and product launches.
• Ensure accurate product information, competitive pricing, and a smooth customer shopping experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners, and marketplace account managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall business profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in e\-commerce management or a related role.
• Hands\-on experience with e\-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and online sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and reports.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, returns, and marketplace operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scaling an e\-commerce business and achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace seller dashboards, and advertising platforms.
• Experience managing product catalogs, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Understanding of profit margins, advertising costs, return rates, and customer acquisition costs.
