As we expand into the digital commerce space, we are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and entrepreneurial E\-Commerce Head to lead the launch, operations, and growth of our online skincare and wellness platform.

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic E\-Commerce Head to lead the end\-to\-end development, launch, operations, and growth of our upcoming e\-commerce business. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital commerce, skincare/beauty retail, online consumer behaviour, growth marketing, marketplace management, and customer experience.
This role requires someone who can build systems from the ground up, work closely with leadership, and scale a premium beauty and wellness brand digitally.
- *E\-Commerce Strategy \& Business Growth**
- Develop and execute the overall e\-commerce growth strategy aligned with the brand vision.
- Lead the launch and management of the company’s e\-commerce website and digital storefront.
- Drive revenue growth, online sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion, subscriptions, bundles, and loyalty programs.
- *Website \& Platform Management**
- Oversee website development, UI/UX coordination, functionality, and optimization.
- Ensure smooth website performance, mobile responsiveness, and seamless customer journeys.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and third\-party vendors for updates and integrations.
- Monitor conversion rates and continuously improve user experience.
- *Marketplace \& Online Sales**
- Manage brand presence across marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.
- Handle product listings, pricing strategies, inventory synchronization, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure accurate product content, imagery, and SEO optimization.
- *Digital Marketing \& Performance**
- Collaborate with marketing teams on Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer campaigns, email marketing, and CRM initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROAS, CAC, customer insights, and digital growth metrics.
- Build strategies for organic traffic, retention marketing, and repeat purchases.
- *Operations \& Inventory Management**
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, and clinic operations teams.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment, returns management, and inventory tracking.
- Implement SOPs for e\-commerce operations and customer support workflows.
- *Analytics \& Reporting**
- Monitor KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate weekly and monthly business reports for leadership.
- Use data\-driven insights to optimize performance and scale operations.
- Build and manage the e\-commerce team including operations, marketing, customer support, and content.
- Collaborate cross\-functionally with doctors, branding, finance, and operations teams.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E\-Commerce, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 4\+ years of experience in e\-commerce, D2C brands, beauty/skincare retail, or online business management.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, CRM tools, and marketplace management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and premium brand positioning.
- Experience working with skincare, beauty, wellness, fashion, or luxury brands.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale operations independently.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of premium customer experiences.
- Passion for skincare, formulations, beauty trends, and digital commerce innovation.
