E-Commerce Manager

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can wear two hats—**Scrum Master** and **Team Lead**—with a strong focus on **marketplace\-driven growth**. This role combines Agile leadership with hands\-on digital and marketplace marketing execution, especially across platforms like **Amazon and eBay**.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master Responsibilities**

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals
• Coach and guide the team on Agile and Scrum principles
• Promote continuous improvement and accountability within the team
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed across marketing initiatives

• *Team Lead Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage marketing efforts across online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Develop and execute strategies to drive marketplace growth, product listings, and advertising
• Optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and customer experience
• Manage marketplace\-specific SEO, paid ads, promotions, and content optimization
• Use data and analytics (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, reports) to drive decisions
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and logistics teams
• Mentor and guide the marketing team toward performance\-driven outcomes

• *Key Skills \& Qualifications**

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in digital marketing, e\-commerce, or marketplace marketing
• In\-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations and ads
• Experience with Agile Marketing frameworks
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace insights
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands\-on execution
