About Us

NEODRIFT® is a fast\-growing D2C automotive accessories brand making car seat covers, cushions, organizers, and microfiber cloths. We sell on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and our own Shopify website.

Job Responsibilities

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Shopify, including titles, images, prices, and descriptions

Track inventory levels across all platforms and plan restocking to avoid stock\-outs

Oversee order processing, dispatch, and delivery, and coordinate with logistics partners

Handle returns, cancellations, and customer complaints related to orders

Monitor daily sales, ad spend, and key metrics, and prepare reports in Excel

Coordinate with the warehouse, marketing, and design teams to improve website performance and customer experience

Identify operational problems (delays, listing errors, stock mismatches) and solve them quickly

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting)

Strong team management and coordination skills

Prior experience in e\-commerce operations or logistics

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify is a plus

Good communication in Hindi and English

Working Days \& Timings: \[Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
