Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven E\-Commerce Manager to manage and grow online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling e\-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase online revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO.
• Handle product listings, catalogue management, descriptions, images and pricing.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, product visibility and conversion rates.
• Plan and manage marketplace promotions, discounts and seasonal sales.
• Monitor sales performance, advertising ROI and marketplace metrics.
• Coordinate inventory management, order fulfilment, returns and cancellations.
• Resolve marketplace listing, account health and operational issues.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and improving marketplace performance.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in e\-commerce or marketplace management.
• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO.
• Understanding of product catalogue management, inventory control and pricing.
• Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and sales analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Good communication, coordination and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplace operations efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field preferred.
