Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **E\-Commerce Manager** to manage and grow our online business across various e\-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage online sales through marketplaces and the company website.
Create and maintain product listings with accurate details.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and order processing.
Plan and execute online sales and promotional campaigns.
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and marketing teams.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Develop strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in E\-commerce.
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of online marketplace operations and digital marketing.
Good communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred

Experience in the garments or textile industry.
Knowledge of product catalog management and online merchandising.
