E-Commerce Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, JioMart, and other e\-commerce platforms.
• Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, A\+ content, and keywords.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, stock availability, and marketplace performance.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements.
• Track sales, profitability, and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle marketplace account health, customer reviews, returns, and issue resolution.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E\-commerce, or a related field.
• 2\+ years of experience managing e\-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) is preferred.
• Good understanding of SEO for product listings.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the FMCG or food industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with multiple online marketplaces.
