The Wellness Shop is a fast\-scaling D2C skincare and wellness brand, building high\-performance products for modern consumers. We are aggressively expanding across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms and are looking for a hands\-on operator who understands both growth and backend operations.
This is not a maintenance role — this is a revenue\-driving role.
Role Overview
We are looking for someone who deeply understands marketplace algorithms, ads, operations, and quick commerce dynamics. You will be responsible for scaling revenue across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.), while maintaining strong operational efficiency.
You should be equally comfortable handling ads dashboards and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth \& Ads Management
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Optimize ACoS, TACoS, ROAS and overall profitability.
- Identify keyword gaps, competitor strategies, and ranking opportunities.
- Scale hero SKUs through structured ad experimentation.
- Drive participation in platform\-led campaigns, deals, and sale events.
Marketplace Operations
- Manage end\-to\-end marketplace operations: listings, pricing, inventory, dispatch coordination.
- Ensure listing hygiene (SEO optimization, images, A\+ Content updates).
- Monitor stock levels and prevent OOS situations.
- Handle returns, reimbursements, escalations, and account health metrics.
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Quick Commerce Growth
- Manage product listings and performance on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
- Track sell\-through rate and optimize assortment.
- Work on city\-wise demand planning.
- Execute platform\-level ads and visibility boosts.
- Improve discoverability and placement rankings.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance.
- Monitor key metrics: CTR, CVR, ACoS, Contribution Margin, Inventory Turnover.
