E-Commerce Operations & Platform Executive

• *Job Summary**

The E\-Commerce Operations \& Platform Executive is responsible for the day\-to\-day management, monitoring, coordination, and operational support of the company's e\-commerce platform. The role acts as a key coordination point between Management, the E\-Commerce Development Team, US Sales Team, ERP/POS Team, IT Team, Product/Inventory Team, Photography Team, and other relevant departments, ensuring the website operates smoothly and that all product information displayed online is accurate, complete, and up to date.

 Product Image Quality \& Image Management

 Product Pricing Verification

 Product Description \& Information Verification

 Developer \& E\-Commerce Technical Coordination

 ERP / E\-Commerce Coordination

 US Sales Team Coordination

 Website Testing \& Quality Control

 E\-Commerce Issue Tracking \& Follow\-Up

 Product\-Related Coordination

 E\-Commerce Improvements \& Enhancements.

 Vendor \& Service Provider Coordination

 Documentation \& Reporting

• *Key Skills \& Competencies**

• Good understanding of e\-commerce websites, online business operations, and product management.
• Understanding of website development processes.
• Good knowledge of product inventory, pricing, images, and descriptions.
• Ability to cross\-check data between ERP and e\-commerce platforms.
• Experience coordinating with developers and technical teams.
• Good website testing and quality\-control skills.
• Strong attention to detail, follow\-up, and coordination skills.
• Good troubleshooting, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Basic knowledge of databases/SQL and web technologies will be an advantage.

• *Preferred Experience**

• 3\-5 years of experience in e\-commerce operations, e\-commerce support, website management, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating with website developers and working with e\-commerce platforms.
• Experience in product/inventory management for an e\-commerce business.
• Experience working with ERP/e\-commerce integrations will be preferred.
• Basic coding/SQL knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
