The .NET Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and maintaining enterprise\-grade applications using .NET technologies. This role requires expertise in migrating legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET 8 solutions, building scalable backend services, implementing cloud\-native architectures on AWS, and contributing to distributed systems and microservices\-based platforms.
- **.NET Framework Modernization** — Expert proficiency in both .NET 4\.8 and .NET 8, with proven hands\-on experience migrating legacy .NET 4\.8 Framework applications to modern .NET 8 solutions. Strong OOP fundamentals and advanced C\# language mastery required. (Mandatory)
- **Backend Development \& API Design** — Deep expertise in ASP.NET Core to architect and build high\-scale backend services. Demonstrated command of RESTful API design principles, secure and scalable endpoint implementation, and microservices architecture patterns.
- **Database Design \& Query Optimization** — Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL including schema design, indexing strategies, query optimization, and mastery of Entity Framework ORM for complex database migrations and performance tuning in high\-throughput environments. (Good to have)
- **AWS Cloud \& Containerization** — Direct hands\-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, EKS, ECS, Lambda), Docker containerization, and modern DevOps practices with CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions.
- **Distributed Systems \& Microservices Architecture** — Deep understanding of microservices design patterns, distributed system principles, and proven ability to architect scalable, production\-grade applications in regulated enterprise environments.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Education \- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 6\+ years of hands\-on experience in .NET application development with strong expertise in C\#
- Expert proficiency in .NET Framework 4\.8 and .NET 8, with proven experience migrating legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET solutions
- Strong understanding of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering best practices
- Extensive experience in ASP.NET Core for developing scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs
- Proven experience designing and implementing secure, high\-performance APIs and microservices architectures
- Hands\-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, and Lambda
- Strong experience with Docker containerization and CI/CD implementation using GitHub Actions
