Ecommerce Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager – Ecommerce supports the Ecommerce Head in running end\-to\-end online sales for iBELL's home and kitchen appliances across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart and others) and the company website. The role needs hands\-on command of every ecommerce function – catalog, listings, advertising, inventory, orders, returns and customer experience – along with sharp reporting and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Marketplace \& Account Management**

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms; maintain account health and policy compliance.
• Handle onboarding, brand registry, category approvals and resolving account or listing issues.

• *2\. Catalog \& Listing Management**

• Create, optimise and update listings: titles, bullet points, images, A\+ content, keywords and pricing.
• Maintain catalog accuracy and resolve suppressed or blocked listings.

• *3\. Sales, Pricing \& Promotions**

• Track sales targets and drive growth across SKUs and platforms.
• Plan pricing, deals, coupons and event participation (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.).

• *4\. Advertising \& Marketing**

• Run and monitor sponsored ads; track ACOS, ROAS and conversion; optimise campaigns and budgets.

• *5\. Inventory \& Order Fulfilment**

• Plan stock and shipments to marketplace warehouses (FBA / Flipkart Fulfilment); avoid stock\-outs and overstock.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely dispatch, and monitor order processing and SLAs.

• *6\. Returns, Reviews \& Customer Experience**

• Monitor returns, RTO, claims (SAFE\-T / SPF) and customer complaints; reduce return rate.
• Manage ratings and reviews, and coordinate with Customer Care and Service teams.

• *7\. Reporting \& Analytics**

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports: sales, orders, returns, ad spend, inventory ageing, settlements and profitability.
• Reconcile marketplace payments and settlements; analyse trends and give actionable insights to management.
• Build and maintain MIS dashboards in Excel.

• *8\. Team Coordination**

• Guide and review the work of ecommerce executives; assign tasks and ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹56,000\.00 per month
