Ecommerce Coordinator

Greetings of the day!

• **Core Focus:** Managing end\-to\-end seller accounts, catalog quality, inventory sync, and ad performance on Amazon, Flipkart etc.
• **Cataloging \& Product Listings:** Create, optimize, and update product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and high\-resolution images on Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central) and Flipkart. Design and publish A\+ content and brand stores.
• **Inventory \& Order Management:** Monitor daily stock levels, coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking, and track order processing and dispatch times.
• **Performance \& Ad Campaigns:** Plan, execute, and monitor Sponsored Product/Brand ads (PPC), lightning deals, seasonal sales events (e.g., Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival), and cross\-platform promotions.
• **Sales \& Data Analytics:** Track key metrics including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, return\-to\-origin (RTO) rates, and ad spend ROI. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• **Account Health \& Support:** Resolve catalog errors, account suspensions, customer escalations, and chargeback claims by coordinating directly with Amazon and Flipkart account managers.
• **Cross\-Functional Coordination:** Align with brand marketing, D2C website teams, and supply chain departments to ensure pricing consistency and synchronized product launches.

• *Job requirement:**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E\-Commerce, or a related field (Master’s or digital marketing certifications are a plus).
• **Experience:** Min 1 year of hands\-on experience handling Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central/Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller portals for a D2C or retail/FMCG brand.
• **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with marketplace advertising (PPC/Sponsored Ads), keyword optimization (SEO), and Excel/data analytics tools.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical mindset, multi\-tasking ability, and attention to detail for catalog and pricing accuracy.
