• *MMT Acoustix®** is expanding its online business, and we're looking for a hardworking, disciplined and responsible **E\-Commerce Executive** who can independently manage our Amazon Seller Account and contribute to its growth.

We want someone who understands Amazon operations, takes ownership of daily responsibilities and has the ambition to become an E\-Commerce Manager in the future.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Daily Orders:** Process Amazon orders, print shipping labels and coordinate timely dispatches.
• **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock daily, forecast requirements and plan replenishment in advance to prevent stockouts.
• **Returns \& Claims:** Manage returns, refunds, reimbursements and seller claims.
• **Product Listings:** Create, edit, optimise and merge product listings where permitted.
• **Bulk Uploads:** Manage bulk product listings and inventory updates through Excel templates.
• **Account Health:** Monitor account performance, ratings, reviews, customer complaints and Amazon policy compliance.
• **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve inactive listings, pricing errors, suppressed listings and other Seller Central issues.
• **Promotions:** Manage coupons, deals and promotional offers in coordination with Amazon Account Managers.
• **Advertising Coordination:** Work with the advertising team to improve listings, conversions and overall sales performance.
• **Amazon Operations:** Manage Amazon Flex, Prime\-related operations and fulfilment requirements.
• **Reporting:** Maintain accurate daily records of sales, inventory, returns, claims and pending issues.
• **Account Growth:** Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales, product visibility, profitability and account health.
• **Shopify Operations:** Learn to manage our Shopify website, including products, orders, inventory and daily e\-commerce operations. Training will be provided.
• **AI\-Powered E\-Commerce:** Learn to use AI tools practically for Amazon listing optimisation, keyword research, competitor analysis, sales reporting, inventory forecasting and improving daily operational efficiency.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• **Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.**
• Strong knowledge of Amazon order processing, inventory, returns and claims.
• Experience with Amazon Flex, Prime, coupons and promotional deals.
• **Excellent Excel skills**, including bulk listing templates and inventory management.
• Ability to resolve inactive listings, pricing errors and account health issues.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable coordinating with Amazon Account Managers and advertising teams.
• **Knowledge of Shopify is an added advantage, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.**
• Interest in learning AI tools and applying them to real e\-commerce operations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem\-solving skills and willingness to learn.
