Ecommerce Operations & Support

• *Responsibilities:**

As an E\-commerce Operations \& Support Executive, you will be doing a task of an all\-rounder to ensure smooth functioning of our e\-commerce operations in the US, UK, Canada, AUS and NZ. Our company has clothing as well as health \& wellness brands in the US. Your key responsibilities will include:

• *E\-commerce Operations**

• Operate **e\-commerce platforms** such as Shopify and Etsy, for creating product listings and order management.
• Regularly review and update product descriptions, images, and pricing.

• *Order Management:**

• Efficiently manage order dispatch, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Address and resolve pending orders to minimize delays.
• Handle error orders and implement corrective measures.

• *Customer Communication:**

• Draft and send proactive messages to customers.
• Manage communication via email and other channels for effective customer engagement.
• Respond to any new messages from customers, addressing queries and concerns.

• *Product Management:**

• Discuss product\-related issues with the manufacturer to streamline processes.
• Ensure accurate and attractive product listings on various platforms, including the marketplace and website.
• Collaborate with the design team for mockup creation using tools like Canva.

• *Marketing**

• Assist in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns on Meta Ads Platform.

• *Miscellaneous Tasks**

• Handle manual orders efficiently.
• Use of AI for basic tasks (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Conduct chargeback checks and address any issues promptly.
• Send reminders to designated personnel as necessary.
• Being resourceful and finding solutions to basic problems (For eg. Using Google)
• Any other important task required at a designated time.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with good written English to work directly with the company's founders (IIT\-Delhi alumni \- National Award Winners). Excellent written English is mandatory. A science/engineering background will be preferred.
