Aptron Technologies is looking for a dynamic and student\-focused Education Counsellor / IT Counsellor / Academic Counsellor to guide aspiring learners in choosing the right IT training programs aligned with their career goals, interests, and skill levels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counselling, admissions support, lead conversion, and providing accurate guidance about IT courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students through calls, emails, chats, and face\-to\-face meetings
Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and technical interests to recommend suitable IT courses
Explain course curriculum, certification benefits, learning formats, and career opportunities
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication for conversion and relationship building
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or internal systems
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Coordinate with academic and training teams for updated course information
Provide basic career guidance related to IT domains and industry trends
Participate in seminars, webinars, counseling sessions, and promotional events when required
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, IT, Business, or related field preferred)
0–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, EdTech Sales, or Student Support
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
