About the Role

ECLearnix is looking for an experienced and motivated **Education Counsellor** to guide students, graduates, and working professionals in selecting suitable educational programs, professional certifications, training courses, and career development opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, strong communication and counselling skills, and experience in student admissions, educational counselling, or EdTech services.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and professionals regarding educational programs, training courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
• Handle enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist with admissions and enrollment processes.
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and program benefits.
• Maintain student enquiry records, lead databases, and counselling reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and institutional representatives.
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
• Achieve assigned enrollment, conversion, and student engagement targets.
• Provide regular updates on counselling activities and admission performance.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have completed any one of the following degrees

• **B.E. – Bachelor of Engineering**
• **B.Tech. – Bachelor of Technology**
• **M.E. – Master of Engineering**
• **M.Tech. – Master of Technology**

All engineering specializations are eligible.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum **2 years of relevant professional experience.**
• Recent graduates and freshers are eligible to apply
• Experience in educational counselling, academic admissions, EdTech, or student relationship management.
• Experience handling student enquiries, lead follow\-ups, and enrollment conversions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and admission management processes is preferred.
