Design \& Engineering
- Lead and manage electrical design activities for equipment and machinery projects.
- Prepare and review:
- Electrical schematics
- Wiring diagrams
- Panel layouts
- Cable schedules
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Design control panels using PLC, HMI, VFD, servo systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Select suitable electrical components based on project requirements and standards.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical and safety standards.
Project Management
- Coordinate with mechanical design, production, procurement, and service departments.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
- Handle design modifications and engineering change management.
Team Management
- Lead and guide design engineers and draughtsman.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Conduct technical reviews and training for team members.
- Develop departmental procedures and best practices.
Customer \& Vendor Coordination
- Interact with customers for technical discussions and approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical specifications and component development.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve customer technical issues.
Documentation \& Compliance
- Maintain design documentation and revision control.
- Ensure compliance with:
- Electrical safety standards
- IMS requirements
- ISO standards
- Customer specifications
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: Up to ₹90,000\.00 per month
