Job Summary

The ELV , Safety Sales Engineer is responsible for generating business opportunities, understanding client requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with estimation and engineering teams, and achieving sales targets for ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA systems, intercom, gate barriers, BMS, home automation, and networking solutions and Fire Alarm / fighting

Key Responsibilities

Business Development \& Sales

• *⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities.**

• *⁠Meet consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and end users.**

• *⁠Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.**

• *⁠Build and maintain strong customer relationships.**

• *⁠Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.**

Technical Consultation

• *⁠Understand customer requirements and site conditions.**

• *⁠Recommend suitable ELV solutions based on project requirements.**

• *⁠ ⁠Conduct site visits and technical discussions with clients.**

• *⁠ ⁠Coordinate with design and estimation teams for solution development.**

Tendering \& Proposal Preparation

• *⁠Review RFQs, BOQs, and tender documents.**

• *⁠ ⁠Prepare technical and commercial proposals.**

• *⁠Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and technical support.**

• *⁠ ⁠Submit quotations and follow up with clients.**

Negotiation \& Contract Closure

• *⁠ ⁠Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and project scope.**

• *⁠Follow up on submitted quotations.**

• *⁠Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.**

• *⁠Support contract finalization and purchase order collection.**

Project Coordination

Qualifiaction \- Engineering

Experience \- 5 Years in ELV / Fire Alarm \& Fire Fighting ( indian Market )

Salary \- 12 LPA \- 15 LPA

Joining \- immidiate

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month

Education

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

• ELV, FIRE\&SAFETY SALES : 3 years (Required)
