• *Role Summary**

The email marketing executive will be responsible for the end\-to\-end management of email marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, content execution, and performance optimisation. The role requires a data\-driven approach to enhance customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion outcomes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns across various business requirements
• Define and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted communication
• Develop and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) based on data and campaign insights
• Design and implement automated email workflows and drip campaigns
• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (design, content, and marketing) for campaign execution
• Analyse campaign performance metrics such as open rate, click\-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation of the email database
• Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations and email marketing standards
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports with actionable insights

• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, master's in business administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in email marketing or digital marketing
• Demonstrated understanding of email marketing tools and platforms
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in audience segmentation and targeting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Working knowledge of campaign analytics and performance tracking
