• *About the Role**

We are looking for a performance\-focused B2B Growth Marketing \& Lead Generation Specialist who can generate measurable business opportunities, not just traffic, impressions or clicks.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage Microsoft/Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Execute B2B email and cold\-email campaigns.
• Manage WhatsApp/AiSensy outreach campaigns.
• Build and segment relevant B2B prospect databases.
• Develop multi\-channel lead\-generation strategies.
• Create and optimize campaigns and landing\-page funnels.
• Coordinate landing\-page improvements for better conversion.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and conversion tracking.
• Monitor CPL, lead quality and conversion performance.
• Improve campaign targeting and qualified lead generation.
• Track lead source through the complete business funnel.
• Work closely with Sales/BD teams.
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.

• *Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**

• *Spend / Outreach → Leads → Qualified Leads → Meetings → Opportunities → Clients → Revenue**

• *Candidate Profile / Requirements**

Hands\-on experience with paid advertising, outbound lead generation, tracking and measurable campaign performance. Candidate must understand the difference between a cheap lead and a commercially useful B2B lead.
