Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English grammar and writing.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Email Marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Prepare and schedule promotional, newsletter, and campaign emails.
• Maintain and update email databases while ensuring data accuracy.
• Create compelling email subject lines and engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click\-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
• Support A/B testing to improve email campaign performance.
• Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Ensure emails follow brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Maintain campaign reports and provide basic performance insights.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
