Email Marketing Executive

At UltraMind Labs, we are looking for a skilled and results\-driven Email Marketing Executive with hands\-on experience in lead generation for IT services such as Web Design, Mobile App Development, and SEO. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail\-oriented, and capable of executing high\-performing email campaigns to generate qualified business leads.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead generation
• Build and manage email lists, with a strong focus on high\-quality and verified data (especially Gmail IDs)
• Identify and reach out to potential clients for services including website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Use email marketing tools and automation platforms effectively
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti\-spam policies
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies

• *Requirements:**

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation
• Proven experience in generating leads for IT services (Web Design, App Development, SEO preferred)
• Hands\-on experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of email outreach strategies, segmentation, and personalization
• Access to or ability to build a quality email database (Gmail IDs preferred)
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

• *Preferred Skills (Good to Have):**

• Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
• Existing LinkedIn accounts or networks for prospecting
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.
