We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive who can execute campaigns with speed, accuracy, and ownership while ensuring a seamless customer experience across all email touchpoints.
This role is responsible for executing email campaigns, maintaining email flows, ensuring quality assurance, organizing assets, and supporting revenue growth through email marketing.
The ideal candidate should be detail\-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced multi\-brand environment.
- *Key Outcomes1\. Error\-Free Campaign Execution**
- Build and schedule campaigns accurately across all brands
- Ensure zero broken links, UTM errors, or formatting issues
- Maintain campaign hygiene and SOP compliance
- *2\. Flow Monitoring \& Optimization**
- Monitor active flows regularly
- Identify performance drops and technical issues
- Ensure all lifecycle flows remain updated and functional
- *3\. Reporting \& Performance Tracking**
- Deliver campaign performance reports on time
- Track metrics such as OR, CTR, CTO, revenue, and engagement
- Highlight issues and opportunities proactively
- *4\. Drive \& Asset Organization**
- Maintain proper naming conventions and folder structures
- Ensure assets are organized and easily accessible
- Keep campaign documentation updated
- *5\. Reduce Operational Gaps**
- Execute campaigns independently with minimal supervision
- Support the Email Manager in day\-to\-day operations
- Improve workflow efficiency across brands
- *Daily Responsibilities**
- Build, QA, and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Insert assets, links, product blocks, and UTMs
- Maintain segmentation accuracy
- Monitor live flows for issues or errors
- Organize campaign assets and Drive folders
- Update tasks and timelines in Asana
- Communicate blockers and execution updates proactively
- *Weekly Responsibilities**
- Deliver campaign performance reports
- Complete weekly flow audits and monitoring
- Prepare upcoming campaigns and drafts
- Update segmentation and list hygiene
- Refresh assets and content inside flows
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution
- *Skills \& Competencies RequiredTechnical Skills**
- Hands\-on experience with Klaviyo
- Understanding of email flows and segmentation
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and campaign setup
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Understanding of metrics such as OR, CTR, CTO, RPR, and revenue attribution
- Ability to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills
- *Experience \& Qualifications**
- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing
- Experience with Klaviyo is preferred
- Experience in eCommerce or D2C brands is a plus

- Timely reporting and documentation
