Email Marketing Manager

Sixsense Digital Corporation is looking for a creative, analytical, and results\-driven Email Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in email campaign management, marketing automation, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.

The selected candidate will help us generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, promote our travel packages, and increase bookings through effective email marketing strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase bookings.

Develop email marketing strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Create engaging email content, subject lines, promotional offers, and campaign templates.

Manage email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Build and maintain email lists, audience segments, and automated workflows.

Implement lead nurturing campaigns and customer follow\-up sequences.

Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click\-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.

Conduct A/B testing to improve email campaign performance.

Maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with applicable email marketing regulations.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.

Prepare regular campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

2–5 years of hands\-on experience in email marketing or digital marketing.

Good knowledge of email marketing tools and automation platforms.

Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Experience with audience segmentation, lead generation, and customer retention campaigns.

Understanding of email analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing funnels.

Ability to analyze data and make performance\-driven decisions.

Knowledge of HTML email templates is an advantage.

Experience in the travel, hospitality, tourism, or e\-commerce industry is preferred.
