Job Overview

ACG Infotech Limited is looking for a detail\-oriented and result\-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage B2B email campaigns, identify potential customers, and generate qualified business leads. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on knowledge of email marketing tools, lead research, campaign management, and professional business communication.

You will help promote our enterprise software solutions, including Mx\-ERP for EPC, Construction and Manufacturing industries, ElectraHIS for healthcare organizations, and other IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage targeted B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging professional emails for product introductions, promotions, and follow\-ups.
• Use email marketing tools such as Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Research target companies and identify key decision\-makers through LinkedIn, Google, and business directories.
• Generate and maintain databases of potential clients and verified business contacts.
• Support B2B lead generation across Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and other relevant industries.
• Monitor email campaign performance, including delivery rates, open rates, responses, and conversions.
• Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and telephone.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations and business meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead records, campaign reports, and follow\-up schedules using Excel or CRM tools.

Required Skills

• Experience in Email Marketing and B2B Lead Generation.
• Knowledge of Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing tools.
• Understanding of email campaign management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Skills in lead research, database building, and email verification.
• Good written English and professional email drafting skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in IT Services, ERP, SaaS, or Software Marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email campaign analytics.
