· 4–7 years of proven experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation.
· Generate high\-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other lead sourcing platforms.
· Create engaging cold email sequences, email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, newsletters, and follow\-up emails.
· Manage bulk email campaigns, multiple sending domains/accounts, and ensure high inbox deliverability.
· Expertise in email automation workflows, lead nurturing, and campaign management tools.
· Analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTRs, response rates, conversions, and ROI.
· Prepare performance reports and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Monitor spam rates, bounce rates, sender reputation, and domain health.
· Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and outreach strategies for continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, anti\-spam policies, and industry best practices.
· Good understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox optimization, and email deliverability standards.
· Excellent English communication, copywriting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills
· Experience working with international markets and global clients.
· Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
· Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing concepts.
· Understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a target\-driven environment.
